Frequently asked
- What baseplate size does the grid use?
- The default is 20 x 25, which fills one large Pixelhobby baseplate with Pixel XL pixels. In Classic pixels the same plate holds 40 x 50 (2,000 pins), so set the grid to 40 x 50. Scale up in multiples to span more plates.
- Can I convert a photo to a Pixelhobby pattern?
- Yes. Click Uploads in the editor, choose your file, and Craft Studio resizes and quantizes it to as many colors as you choose. Adjust the number of colors as you import for more or less detail.
- Does it count pixels per color?
- Palette analysis lists every color and how many pixels use it, so you can estimate how many Pixelhobby pixel squares you need per color.
