Frequently asked
- Is this different from the cross stitch editor?
- The grid and tools are the same, but embroidery patterns are often used on plain-weave fabric rather than aida. Use the gauge calculator to set your thread count and see finished dimensions.
- Can I import a photo?
- Yes. Click Import image, choose your file, and Craft Studio quantizes it to your active palette. Adjust the number of colors in your palette before importing for more or less detail.
- What stitch types does it support?
- The editor produces a color grid chart. You decide which stitches to use — cross stitch, backstitch, satin stitch, or any combination. The chart maps one color per cell.
