Anchor 23 to DMC 818 or 963
Anchor 23 converts to DMC 818 Baby Pink or DMC 963 Ultra Very Light Dusty Rose. The published charts match more than one DMC shade to this Anchor color, so converting from Anchor means choosing between them.
DMC equivalents
On screen these two DMC shades look very close, so either is a reasonable substitute.
These matches come from four published conversion charts that we cross-checked against each other. Brand conversions are approximate, so treat every match as the closest substitute rather than an identical color. The swatches show DMC's colors as on-screen approximations, so check a physical shade card for color-critical work.
